Tyson is the best agent for acreage buy or sell in Chandler, Belmont and Gumdale location - Buying acreage in Belmont or Chandler area had always been a dream of ours for a few years. So when the time came to start viewing properties we were fortunate to have an agent like Tyson. New homes became available on and off through other agencies but left with the worst experience until meeting up with Tyson who is such a genuine, calm and well composed gentleman. He took the time to understand our family’s needs and subsequently found a great match for us. His knowledge and experience were also very helpful to us throughout the purchasing process. We strongly recommend him. We are very thankful that the sellers chose such a fantastic and lovely agent to represent them.

And in both transactions, he displayed the same characteristics; integrity, an in-depth knowledge of real estate, the sales process and negotiation… as well as a willingness to share that information and educate us. At no point was I expected to take a statement on blind trust, Tyson was able to explain the basis for each decision, and articulate the reasons why you would choose one option over another. It's not often you come across an agent who understands and knows all the build details about a property the way Tyson did. The house we purchased was an architecturally designed home on acreage and he knew about all the finishes and extras that were not obvious to the eye, and could answer any questions we had on the spot.
