Tyson is the best agent for acreage buy or sell in Chandler, Belmont and Gumdale location - Buying acreage in Belmont or Chandler area had always been a dream of ours for a few years. So when the time came to start viewing properties we were fortunate to have an agent like Tyson. Tyson is a possibly rare phenomenon: an honest real estate agent. He was direct with us from our first meeting about all the essentials: likely sale price, strategies and processes, communication, etc. And he followed through on them all. Most importantly, he supported us in our decision making, rather than trying to influence us for his convenience. On top of that, his knowledge and skills in dealing with potential buyers were highly impressive. We got the price and the conditions we wanted, without feeling rushed to settle. Breaking the Mould, in a VERY GOOD WAY!
We loved working with Tyson. From the minute we first met with him, we knew he was the right person to look after our sale. All of conversations were clear, open and honest. At no time did Tyson pressure us to make a sale, in fact quite the opposite. he made us feel comfortable that our house would sell at our desired range and to be patient. Other agents "low balled" our home value during initial conversations to obviously set our expectations low in the hope of a quick commission. Their method of marketing and sale was very "cookie cutter" which seemed focused on a result for them, not for us. In comparison, Tyson was focused on what we wanted to do, how we wanted to sell, what price range we wanted to set. And at no time veered from agreed methods Tyson is clearly the leading agent in our area. Just look at his sales around the area and you'll agree. Thanks Tyson, we enjoyed the ride :)
